STORE MANAGER - Vaudreuil

Empire is seeking for an experienced manager who’s passionate about skateboarding and snowboarding for the Vaudreuil location!
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate and supervise daily operations of the store: product reception, merchandising, stock replenishment, transfers and inventory management.
• Ensure the visual presentation of the store, keep the sales and service areas clean.
• Ensure the respect of rules, policies and standards of the store.
• Be in constant communication with management and buyers to maximize sales.
• Inform employees and customers of campaigns and sales activities.
• Set the example by providing excellent customer service: greet customers, listen to their needs and advise them.
• Manage problematic situations with customers and employees.
• Oversee cash and payment operations.
• Promote marketing and attend local events.
• Welcome and train new employees.
• Manage employees’ schedules.
YOUR PROFILE:
• College degree
• 2-5 years experience in a similar position.
• Availability on weekdays and weekends.
• Leadership and strong communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to manage multiple situations simultaneously.
• Ability to solve problems and solutions driven.
• Proactivity and excellent sense of initiative.
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office softwares.
• Bilingual (French-English).
