Yes Now Board has beefed up its team with Japanese slayer Tadashi Fuse.

According to a post by DCP on Yes?s blog:

Tadashi Fuse is right now in Japan about to release his new Hearth Films
Production movie and we just signed him on YES NOW BOARD,
we want to welcome him on board and we are all very exited for
the coming season. Tadashi will be developing a pro model line
for 2011 season and a limited edition TADASHI board should be
available this fall.

We are happy to have found an other member who shares the same
passion for snowboarding as us!

ETNIES

We aired out a lot of ideas leading up to S&C, but it was Mike
Manzoori?s dream sequence storyboard filled with a cardboard
city that had us sold. It fit what we wanted to do visually
?the photos and video would be equally striking, and it was
?do-able.? The props were lightweight, mostly recycled, the
unknown obstacles could be styled to match our set, the video
had a beginning, middle, and end, and it was guaranteed to be
unique. The stage was set...

Basically our idea was to re-create cities by simply printing our
black-and-white backdrops, and make the supplied obstacles
look like real skate spots. We kept everything really simple to
the point of being ghetto at times not to overproduce it and
make it as skate as possible...

Today is a sad day,
I just found out that MTL and South Shore legend Cedric Jones passed away.
Cedric was the master of HO HO plants back in the late 80's and early 90's. A dude that many of us looked up to and a dude that had his own style that never changed.
Cedric was hit by a car while riding his bike buy a driver who fell asleep at the wheel.

MAN THIS REMIDES US ALL TO LIVE LIFE LIKE THERE IS NO TOMORROW!

Barry Walsh quote - "Another thing I?ve seen go down, this guy named Cedric Jones, he did a Ho-Ho plant at the Big-O. That was also the craziest thing, and when Daewon saw that footage, he freaked out like ?Who?s Cedric Jones???? He just lost it when he saw the Ho-Ho. I wasn?t there for that, but I saw the video footage and it?s just crazy."

RIP CEDRIC...much love!

Les dernières semaines furent vraiment mouvementées pour Joe Budden qui c'est mis a dos tous les membres du Wu-Tang avec des déclarations internet. Qui de mieux placé que Raekwon le Chef pour le regulariser pendant le méga hip hop tour auxquel Budden participe. Le Chef est rentré dans la loge a Budden pendant qu'il faisait du stream live avec 4 Goons pour le régulate verbalement et d'un solide coup de poing a l'oeil. Le tout filmé biensur par l'entourage de Raekwon ...donc en ligne sous peu. Cela ma rappelé un vidéo de Joe Budden la première fois qu'il est venu a Montréal et était tombé sur un vieux blanc raciste au Burger King ... a vous d'en jugé .... lol

?The very first Lib Tech graphic I did was a mini Jamie, I think it was
either his first or second year having a pro model line. I did this weird
naive painting my first year of ever producing anything and I gave it
to Jamie as a thank you for introducing me to the craft, it turned out

Through the years, it?s fair to say a vast majority of TWS Award wins have been open to debate. And, honestly, it would suck if that were not the case. The difficulty in unanimously pinning the word ?winner? or ?loser? on anything involving skateboarding, let alone an entire year of it, is a welcome reminder as to why most of us chose to shun the jock strap, referees, and uniforms in the first place. Skateboarding is subjective. The one thing we can agree on is that we disagree. That being said, the year?s Best Video Part lineup feels pretty solid.
